Common Conditions That Require No Prescription

GP’s will no longer be issuing prescriptions to patients for their minor conditions and self-limiting illnesses that can either be purchased over the counter or through the Minor Ailments Scheme available at each Pharmacy.

You may have a common condition that can be treated with medication that is available to buy over the counter from your local Pharmacy.  You do not need to make an appointment to speak to the Pharmacist, just pop in anytime and they will be happy to help you.
